I3T Lab Presents Research at the 2024 ISMRM Annual Meeting

Our I3T Lab presented multiple papers at the 33rd ISMRM Annual Meeting in Singapore, which took place from May 4-9, 2024. Dr. Albert Jang presented two papers: “BTS POSE: Rapid High-Resolution 3D Quantitative MT Imaging using Novel Position Encoding and Parallel Imaging” as an oral presentation, and “POSE: Position Encoding for accelerated MRI” as an e-poster presentation. Dr. Liping Zhang also presented two papers: “qDiMo: Domain-conditioned Diffusion Modeling for Accelerated qMRI Reconstruction” and “Accelerating Quantitative MRI using Self-supervised Deep Learning with Model Reinforcement,” both as oral presentations. Liping Zhang, a member of CLAIR, presented two papers at the 33rd ISMRM Annual Meeting, held in Singapore from May 4 to 9, 2024. The first, “CAMP-Net: The Application of Consistency-Aware Multi-Prior in Deep Learning for Rapid MRI,” was delivered as an oral presentation, while the second, “A Self-Consistency-Guided Multi-Prior Deep Learning Framework for Reconstruction of Fast Spatiotemporal MRI and Its Applications in Cardiac MRI,” was presented as an e-poster.

Dr. Zhang Presents Research @ MICCAI 2023

Liping Zhang, a member of CLAIR, delivered an invited talk at the Statistical Atlases and Computational Modeling of the Heart (STACOM) Workshop, held in conjunction with the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) 2023 in Vancouver, Canada, from October 8 to 12, 2023. The presentation, titled “k-t CLAIR: Self-Consistency Guided Multi-Prior Learning for Dynamic Parallel MR Image Reconstruction,” was invited following the work’s recognition as a Top 3 winner in both tasks of the CMRxRecon 2023 Challenge, which attracted more than 200 teams and over 600 participants from 22 countries and regions worldwide.

Our CLAIR lab presented multiple papers at the 17th International Conference on Biomedical Engineering (ICBME) in Singapore, which took place from December 9-12, 2019. Yongcheng Yao presented one paper: “Brain Activity Indexing via Network Clustering” as an oral presentation. Liping Zhang presented one paper: “LPAQR-Net: Lightweight Pyramid Attention Quick Refinement Network for Automatic Whole-Spine Vertebrae Segmentation from Lateral Radiographs of Patients with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis” as a poster presentation.
